Let us transport you to the Italian Alps with this fun, hands-on cooking class, followed by a sit-down dinner! Spaetlze with caramelized onions & Fontina~Pork Saltimbocca~ Baked Pears with Walnuts, Cinnamon Austria and Germany are fighting over who invented the wonderful egg Spaetzle pasta.  That is why the Italians call it Spatzli!   Learn how to make this fun free-form pasta along with a lesson in useful Italian vocabulary.  We'll serve the Spaetlze/Spatzli with caramelized onions and gooey Fontina cheese alongside Pork Saltimbocca:  Tender slices of tenderloin with fresh sage and bits of prosciutto.  Dessert will be juicy baked pears filled with yummy spices and walnuts topped with Mascarpone.
