Chef Stephany a long time pastry chef instructor who was one of the finalists in the Holiday Baking Championship on Food Network last year! She will share her secrets on how to create amazing scratch desserts in a small amount of time using the best ingredients. These will be perfect desserts for you holiday table! You will create a pumpkin souffle roulade (roll) filled with rum cream, Apple cranberry galette, and ginger snap cookie sandwiches. The cost is $75 per adult and $100 for an adult and a child 8-16 years old. We have limited space so sign up early.
