Cheers! Welcome to the first Farm dinner at Green Oaks Creek Farm. Edible Ambassador is a Monterey based organization focused on highlighting farms, ranchers and chefs. We are curating our first farm dinner experience for you and your friends, right on the farm! Food, Music, Beverage, Locally Sourced 4:00 - 4:30pm - Arrive to get settled 4:30 - 5:30pm - Farm Tour and Appetizers 6:00 - 8:30pm - Dinner, Dessert, Music Nearly 90% of the produce will come from G.O.C Farm or the neighboring Pie Ranch. Bring Cash in $5 denominations for on-site beverages. Edible Ambassadors Steven Siglin and Michael Curley are preparing the food with the support from Farm Friends and Community Members. Green Oaks Creek is a beautiful 6-acre organic farm tucked in a remote narrow valley surrounded by the expansive mountain and coastal wilderness encompassing Big Basin and Año Nuevo State Parks. With a dedication for providing high-quality organic, sustainable, and just food and flowers, Green Oaks Creek does its best to emulate and encourage the natural processes that define this land. Green Oaks Creek Farm and Pie Ranch both sell their produce to Happy Girl Kitchen. Happy Girl Pickles and Preserves will be available at the venue! Emcee Tiffany Decker will guide us gleefully through an evening of splendor and magic as you become enchanted with the farm and the food and the stars in the eyes of those around you. Proceeds of this dinner are distributed to the Farm, the Chefs, Musicians and the Team. We hope to build an experience that we can replicate with other farms and ranches.
