In addition, Magali will demonstrate a live blood test for monitoring glucose and ketones, and provide you with a solid strategy on how to get started on your own Keto journey. About the Instructor: Magali uses her background in Traditional Chinese Medicine to cook anti-inflammatory meals for personal clients, tailoring each menu to their dietary needs.
