When we walked into the office, Om greeted us with a smile and a pleasant demeanor. He was very helpful and informative. Our room was perfect. Soothing colors and nice wood floor. Relaxing and calming. The mini- fridge was nice to have. Shower pressure was fantastic.. the king mattress was so comfy that I got 8 hours of sleep, rather than my usual 6. Complimentary breakfast was fine. There was something for everyone. You could not have asked for more location- wise. Walking distance to Ocean Avenue and Carmel Plaza. I would definitely stay at this " hidden Gem" again. Thanks Om!!!
The most fantastic hotel stay I've had in years. The service and the hotel team are outstanding! The Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Terrific Hot Shower. Excellent Location made for us to explore the fine shops, restaurants, shows and night life all by walking. So Awesome! So Fun! I highly recommend Comfort Inn Çarmel By The Sea. For now and in the future this is the place I will be staying at. I highly recommend ~
I stayed in the Sunshine Suite this past weekend and our experience was absolutely amazing. The room itself was gorgeous with a faux glass fireplace, ocean views, and high ceilings. The hotels' proximity to downtown Carmel is very convenient as we were a quick 5 minute walk from shops and restaurants. This place is truly a gem in Carmel and I would return anytime. Gita's hospitality combined with the hotel ambiance is top tier.
