Great place for families, we enjoyed our stay there with two pre-school aged kids. Kids are welcome and there are amenities to entertain them all around the resort. The whole place is very clean - even though there are signs here and there that it is aging - and the staff is very helpful, even though there is an issue, to which I’ll get to later. Food is various and in reasonable servings at the different restaurants. The day care centre, open until 22h or 10 PM is great if you want to share a moment between parents only. This place is not perfect though. The sand at the beach, especially around the chairs section could use a better cleaning. When you are in the pool, you don’t need to look at the clock to know when lunch time is, the birds - especially seagulls - will tell you. They are extremely agressive and they will steal your food from the "Waves snack bar" the moment you don’t pay attention. I know this is nature, but the staff does not seem to take any measure against it, the only plastic hawk not being credible anymore. Even more annoying than seagulls eating off your meal outside are the "Infinity luxury travel" people. Even though they are friendly, STAY AWAY from them. Look them up on Google and the little information available about them makes this whole thing very suspicious. They want to sell you some time share subscription to the hotel by tirelessly suggesting you to attend a conference in exchange of rebates for activities. They surprisingly don’t know much about the times the baby care is open as they want you to use their -and not included in your fees- babysitting service instead. They are not very helpful and once you will have made yourself clear that there is no chance you would be interested by their business, they will stop even looking at you. However, this should not prevent you from reserving at this resort. It IS a really good place for families and even young children

My family loved everything about our week at the Seadust! The facilities were all in great shape and clean. All of the food and drink were great. What really stood out was the entertainment crew! They were all awesome! My family took part in so many activities, each day! We did water aerobics, beach volleyball, beach soccer, water polo, dancing on the beach, karaoke, pool games on St. Patrick's Day, and evening theater entertainment. Shout out to Gabby and Jerry! The evening shows were excellent entertainment that my family (including three kids 19, 17, and 13 yrs) look forward to every night. Finally, I have to say thank you to the Expedia rep located at the Seadust for helping me make arrangements for our excursions to Chichen Itza and speedboat/snorkeling with Jungle Tours. The Expedia rep also made arrangements for a ride back to the airport, when Speedy Ride Shuttle wouldn't answer our calls. (Don't use Speedy Ride Shuttle, just look up their reviews). Seadust Cancun All Inclusive Family Resort and all who worked there made for the vacation of a lifetime
